Jerry C. Fries

Jerry C. Fries of Lafayette, Colo. died suddenly on January 25, 2007. He was born in Denver on September 12, 1940 to Walter and Henrietta Fries. He attended North Denver High and served in the Marines from 1958 to 1964. He married Sheri Marcheso on September 9, 1961 in Denver. She preceded him in death in 2005. He worked for Rio Grande Railroad. He worked many years selling insurance and for the last 12 years has been a Werner driver. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and two sisters. He is survived by his sister, Louise Fries, three brothers, Johnny, Billy and Kenny Fries. Three daughters, Anastasia Chatterton of Arvada, Toni Fries (John) Muntzer) of Lafayette, and Adrianne (Eric) Fountain of Firestone, CO. Eight grandchildren, J. T. and Chad Everett, Jared Chatterton, Gavin, Garrett, Gabrielle and Gianna Fries, and Cassidy Fountain, stepchildren John, Jeff, and Lisa Crider, and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association.
