Survived by his wife Mildred ""Dee"" Smaldone; sons David (Sonia), Jerry (Deceased), Michael (Kathy), and James (Angie); 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Services for Jerry will be held on 5/22/17 at Christ on the Mountain Catholic Church, 13922 West Utah Ave. Visitation to begin at 10 am, followed by Rosary at 10:30 am, Funeral Mass at 11 am.
