A Memorial Service for Jerry will be held on Tuesday, August 31, at 11AM at Rocky Mountain Memorial Park (located at Horan McConaty Family Chapel), 11150 E. Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, CO 80014. Memorial Donations in Jerry's name are suggested to the Denver Dumb Friends League, 2080 S. Quebec Street, Denver, CO 80231
