It is with heavy hearts and fond memories that we say goodbye to Jessica Gomez, a remarkable soul who filled our lives with light and laughter. Jessica's journey on this earth may have been marked by challenges, but her indomitable spirit and zest for life were truly inspirational. She passed away on September 21st, 2023, peacefully at home leaving behind a legacy of love and resilience.
Jessica’s light graced this earth on August 30th, 1988, in Zaragoza, Spain. During her younger years, Jessica reveled in cheerleading, dancing, and going on adventurous journeys with friends. Her boundless energy and enthusiasm were truly infectious, and she created a lifetime of cherished memories during those formative years.
Jessica was a woman of many passions, but she found her true calling in the world of cosmetology, where her creativity knew no bounds. Her skilled hands and artistic eyes transformed ordinary faces into canvases of beauty. Music was another one of Jessica's great loves. Whether she was singing along to her favorite songs or dancing to the rhythm of life, her enthusiasm was contagious. Her ability to find joy in the melodies of everyday existence was a testament to her unwavering positivity.
In 2016, Jessica faced a daunting diagnosis of gastroparesis. Many would have been discouraged, but not Jessica. Her strength and resilience in the face of adversity were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and she became a beacon of hope for countless others battling similar health challenges.
Jessica was not just a fighter she was a warrior, and she carried her determination with grace and dignity until the very end. Her unwavering spirit serves as a reminder to us all that we can overcome any obstacle with the right attitude and a loving heart.
Jessica is preceded in death by her grandparents Fernando and Margret Gomez, Alan K MacPherson and her Uncle Michael Gomez. In addition to her loving fiancé Kris Almeida and her cousin/soul mate Zach Vallejo Jessica is survived by her father and step-mom Fred and Kelly Gomez, mother and step-father Sara and Scott Bolduc, siblings Ryan and Ian Bolduc, grandmother Lynn MacPherson, Kris's children, Kaitlyn, Alec and Aden, her uncle Tom, her auntie Laurie, cousins Thomas and Chris as well as other Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
As we say our final goodbye to Jessica Gomez, let us remember her for the joy she brought into our lives, the kindness she shared with everyone she met, and the strength she exhibited in the face of adversity. May her legacy continue to inspire us to live our lives to the fullest, find beauty in the smallest moments, and embrace every challenge with unwavering courage and a heart full of love.
Jessica, you may be gone from our sight, but you will forever remain in our hearts. Thank you for the gift of your presence, the warmth of your smile, and the inspiration you leave behind. Until we meet again, rest in peace, our princess.
