""JJ"" Jeffrey James O'Hare

JJ, born in Englewood, Colorado, passed on May 2, 2016. He is survived by his parents Renee Dolman and Jeff O'Hare, and many other loving family members and friends. JJ grew up playing baseball and fishing with friends and family. He will be dearly missed by many. A Memorial Service with Visitation 1 Hour Prior will be held in JJ's honor on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at 9:00AM. Services will include a Recitation of the Rosary and a Celerbration of JJ's life. Following the Memorial Service, there will be a Reception held at Virgilio's Pizzeria & Wine Bar from 11:00AM to 4:00PM. Flowers in honor of JJ may be delivered to Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80227 before 4PM on Saturday, May 7, 2016.
