Jo Krajnik

Josephine Sanders Krajnik was born April 26, 1925 in Winfield, Kansas to Josie Mendenhall and Jesse Sanders. She lived on a farm near Winfield during grade school but moved to Wichita where she attended Wichita High School East, graduating in 1943. Jo met and married A.C. Krajnik later that same year, joining him in military service when possible. She had two daughters, Sharon Kaye (Krajnik) Wilson and Sandra Lynn (Krajnik) Clendennen, two sons, Joseph Scott Krajnik and James Steven Krajnik, thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was active in the American Legion Auxiliary in Western, Nebraska where she and A.C. retired when he left the Air Force in 1969. Jo is preceded in death by her husband A.C. Krajnik, parents, four brothers and four sisters. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday February 9, 2013, 3:00 PM at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80002.
