Jo Marie Wiederholt

Jo Marie Wiederholt, 52, passed away February 2, 2007 after a courageous fifteen month battle with kidney cancer. She was the wife of Barry, and mother of Kyle and Corey. She was born in Sargent, Nebraska March 31, 1954, and was the sister of Bernadine Zimbra, Kathy Govier, Don, Rich, Skip, Dan, Mike, and Bill Hickman. Jo was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister. Jo was a devoted mother and loving wife. She believed that life was based on "relationships," and she had those with her family, co-workers, neighbors, church, and friends. She was especially proud of her two sons and became involved in a number of their activities because of them. Some of the more important ones included Regis High School, and the Choir at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. She will be missed, as she was a true example of how life should be lived, a true believer in her faith and dedicated to her family. There will be a Rosary at 7:00 PM Tuesday at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 South Colorado Blvd. The Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Wednesday at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 2250 South Harrison Street, Denver. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Most Precious Blood Church "Jo M Wiederholt Memorial Fund".
