Joan L. Thompson

Joan, 86, of Denver, Colorado passed peacefully April 25, 2017. Joan is preceded in death by her husband, David Ralph Thompson. She is survived by her children, David (Vicki), of Denver, Colorado, Dee (Danny) Lynch, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Margie (Mike) Cheatum, of Littleton, Colorado, and Mark (Jenny) of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren, Kelly (Steve) Macpherson, of Atlanta, Georgia, Chris Simpson, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Kerri (Joe) Cundiff of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Julie (Dallas) Jones, of Las Vegas, Nevada, Katrina (Mick) Gramse, of Aurora, Colorado, Nicholaus Thompson, of Denver, Colorado, and Natalie Thompson, of Denver, Colorado; great grandchildren, Levi Macpherson, Logan Macpherson, Abilene Jones, Evan Cundiff, Dallas Jones, Rosemarie Cundiff and Charlotte Gramse; cousin, Vern Wray, of California; nieces, Nancy Yates, Susan Morris, Janet Hewitt, and Nancy Sundeen; a nephew, Marty Coulson; and several great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life honoring Joan will be on Friday, May 5, 2017, beginning at 10:30 AM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, in Lakewood, Colorado. Committal Services will be at Seven Stones Cemetery.
