John C. Costigan

John C. Costigan, Jr., 92, Colonel, USAF Retired (1965) of Aurora, Colorado. Also retired fron Civil Service at the Air Force Finance Center (1983). Preceded in death by wife, Mary Louise. Father of John C. III (Shirlene) of Aurora and Judy (Ramon) Caracheo of Carrollton, TX. Also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, sister Gertrude (Clem ) Bevan, Baltimore, MD, Margaret "Peggy" (John) Gorman, Philadelphia, PA and Fr. George Costigan, Birmingham, AL. Also survived by dear friend and companion Louise Sword. John will be dearly missed. Public Visitation, Monday, May 1, 2006, Four~Seven O'Clock in the evening, Horan & McConaty Mortuary, 3201 S. Parker Rd. (at Dartmouth Ave.) Funeral Mass, Tuesday, May 2nd, Ten O'Clock in the morning, St. Pius X, 13670 E. 13th Place, Aurora, CO. A luncheon reception will be held immediately following at the Radisson Hoel Denver Southeast. Following the reception in the presence of family & friends John will be buried beside his wife at Fort Logan National Cemetery In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hospice of Metro Denver, 425 S.
