John F. Dare

John Frank Dare, age 77 of Aurora, CO, passed away on December 2, 2017. John was born in Denver, CO on July 19, 1940 to William and Fanchon Dare. He lived in Aurora for the majority of his life. John graduated from Aurora Central High School and studied at the University of Denver. He worked as an auto mechanic for 60 years. John was Co-Owner of Fenimore Auto Service for 42 years. John loved working with wood projects, gardening, and being with his family. John was always willing to help others. John is survived by wife of 47 years Mary Dare; children Jim Dare (Maurine Kannady-Dare), and Kathy Mann (Leif Mann); Grandchildren Lauren Mann and Kenneth Kannady. A Memorial Service will be held in honor of John, Saturday December 9, 2017 at 1:00PM at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel (11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. Aurora, CO 80014).
