On April 19, 2019 our beloved John B. Garcia went home to be with the Lord. John was born on March 13, 1933. He married his wife Tomacita Cobarrubias on June 1, 1958. Together they had 5 children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Bonaifacio Garcia Jr. & Frances T. Garcia; wife Tomacita Nellie Garcia; siblings Mary (George) Martinez, Julia (Kacey) Aragon, Virgie (George) Garcia, Cecelia (Zeke) Perez, Helen (Ruben) Marquez, Albert (Birdie) Garcia, Gilbert (Frances) Garcia, Steve (Geraldine) Garcia, Tommy Garcia; brothers-in-law Jesse Cobarrubias and Ronald Cobarrubias.

He is survived by honorary children (brothers and sisters by marriage) Lupe Cobarrubias, Charlie Cobarrubias, Lucy Acosta, Odie (Jose) Jurado; children Priscilla (Julio) Gomez, Chris Garcia, Donnie Garcia, Darline (Steve) Torres, Peaches (Alberto) Galvan, Angel Garcia; grandchildren Sandra, Eva, Junior, Ezequiel, Daniel, Jeanette, Brittney, Christian, Isaiah, Matthew, Vince, Joey, Vanessa, Ashly, Sara, Josh, Allison, Phillip; great-grandchildren Sabrina, Isabelle, Wesley, Spikey, Maya, Nevaeh, Miguel, Raven, Nevaeh, Leiah, Danielle, Misty, Daniel, Desi, Nemo, JJ, Serenity, Jeremiah, Alycia, Kay; great-great grandchildren Christopher and Brandon Hernandez; nieces and nephews Pago, Delfino, Joe, John, Angela, Maria (Curtis) Lowe, Gabe, Charlene (Jose) Montes, Leticia, David, Lexy, Aysia, Trinitie, Ben, Samuel, Miranda, Ron Rubia.
