John Conway ""JC"" Gilbreth

John Conway ""JC"" Gilbreth, born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee on September 17th 1936, John passed away in Fort Collins, Colorado; September 4th, 2015. As a loved and loving family man, his greatest joy was his role as a Father and Grandfather. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard as a Fireman and also enjoyed his careers in the automotive industry and print media. John enjoyed many activities and hobbies. He loved drag racing cars, riding dirt bikes and four wheeling in the Arizona desert, hiking and camping with his sons during many Boy Scout trips. His passions were traveling with his wife and sailing any where he could. John is survived by his wife Cindy, and siblings: William Gilbreth, Ann Pfister, Stephen Gilbreth, Marie Peterson, David Gilbreth and James Gilbreth. Children: Mark Gilbreth, David Gilbreth, Blake Walker, Tina Doddridge, Becky Ritter and Craig Walker. Eight grandchildren: Hannah Walker, Sam Walker, Sarah Walker, Logan Doddridge, Kelsey Doddridge, the late Amanda Doddridge, Cody Walker, Tara Walker. John also touched the lives of nieces, nephews, cousins, second cousins and the rest of a very large, loving family and several special, close friends from throughout his life and some very recent. Services are at Christ's Episcopal Church, 615 4th St Castle Rock, CO 80104 on September 28th at 1:00 pm, burial and reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Salvation Army, Fort Collins, 3901 S. Mason Street Fort Collins, CO 80525.
