John Coldwell Haldane, Sr.

John Coldwell Haldane, Sr. (Jack) of Littleton, Colorado, previously of Colorado Springs, Colorado and of Michigan, passed away peacefully on June 20, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Laurie and one sister, Alice. Jack is also survived by six children, John (Pat), Mary (Darrell), Michael (Carol), Doug (Kathy), Neal (Michelle) and Nikki (Steve); twelve grandchildren, Maureen (Ron), Brendan (Tracey), Brian, John, Mary Kay, Kelsey, Ian, Laura, Christopher, Evan, Kendall and Sabrina; and four great-grandchildren, Jenna, Ryan, Lauren and Allison. John grew up in Birmingham, Michigan. He was a veteran of World War II and earned the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He retired from the U.S. Army Reserves and moved to Colorado.
