John ""Johnny"" George Michak III, 35, passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2019.
Johnny always had the volume on his country music turned all the way up, which is exactly how he lived his life â at maximum volume. He was eclectic and impetuous and brave and hard-headed and excitable and loyal and funny and charming. His life was a series of incredible stories.
He travelled and loved the finer things in life â good food, good clothes, good shoes, good cologne and, especially, good friends. He was fiercely loyal and protective of the ones he loved. His friends loved him like a brother â Johnny would do anything for a friend and he helped more than one of his friends when nobody else would. He loved animals and children, especially Zara and Samantha and Olivia Grace and Noah.
He had a life-long struggle with mental illness and addiction â our hearts are deeply broken that he could never quite overcome his struggles to find what he needed in life. We pray that he has found it now. His spirit, which burned more brightly than most, will be carried always in the hearts of his family and his friends.
He is survived by his parents Reta Michak and John George Michak Jr, and his sister, Whitney Adams.
