John ""Cal"" Pulk

June 3, 1927 — December 14, 2013

John Calvin Pulk, ""Cal"" age 86, died at home in Centennial Colorado, on Saturday, December 14, 2013. Born on June 3, 1927, in Waverly Wisconsin, he lived in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Chicago, and settled in Centennial, Colorado. He was a Pharmacist Mate in the Navy during WWII, then attended St. Thomas College in St. Paul, MN graduating in 1951. Cal spent his entire career with Continental Oil Company until retirement in 1985. He married Helen Barbara Lecheler of Elmwood, Wisconsin on June 10, 1950. They were married 63 years. Survivors include wife Helen Pulk of Centennial, CO, daughter's Danny Kieger (Tony) of Roseville, MN, Billee Olson (Larry) of MInneapolis, MN and Ann Cope (Robb) of Erie, CO, son's Dr. Thomas Pulk (Peg Healey) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Roch Pulk of Minneapolis MN, and Peter Pulk (Lisa) of Parker, CO. Cal is also survived by grandchildren Kate Campion, Tony Kieger, Callie Den Hartog, Carolyn Kieger, Cole Kieger, Corvin Kieger, Rebecca Pulk, Tom Pulk, Brian Pulk, Elle Olson, Croix Cope. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by father Tom, mother Kate, brothers Corvin and Thomas Richard, and sisters Evelyn, Catherine, and Audrey. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec 20 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church followed by a reception luncheon at the church for friends and family. Burial will be at Ft.
