John J. Trujillo

John J. Trujillo, 74, of Arvada passed away on February 7, 2019 at Lutheran Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 9, 1944 in Denver, Colorado he was the son of the late David and Susie (Salazar) Trujillo. John married Roma Asciutto on September 24, 1966 and together they shared 52 years of marriage.

John's life revolved around his family. He looked forward to Sunday dinner with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed game nights with his family and everyone getting together to watch the Broncos games.

In addition to his wife, Roma, he is survived by his children, Lisa Morrison and Joey Trujillo, his grandchildren, Matthew Morrison, Jacklyn Fish, Zoey Dutton, John Trujillo, and Joseph Trujillo, and his siblings, Dave Trujillo, Robert Trujillo and LeRoy Trujillo.

In addition to his parents, David and Susie, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Gina Trujillo Dutton, his grandson, Zachary Dutton, and his siblings, Estella Trujillo and Katherine Sierra.

A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 7 pm with a Visitation starting at 6 pm at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4377 Utica St, Denver, CO 80212. The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 at 10 am also at Holy Family Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 W 29th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
