John enjoyed special relationships with his goddaughter, Grace Fischer.
John was born in Corning, New York. February 7, 1950. John met a beautiful young lady during his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. He was united in marriage to Jan Price, and she survives him as the mother of his children. John later rekindled a friendship with Nancy Baker, a friend from Richardson High School. John was delighted when Nancy agreed to become his bride, and they were united in marriage on June 15, 2002. John gained 3 daughters and many grandchildren by the union with Nancy. John and Nancy enjoyed 18 years together, living in their dream location in Perry Park, enjoying the natural beauty in their backyard.
John had many roles in his beloved field of commercial real estate. He was a counselor, researcher, mentor, and Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver - Burns School of RECM.
John was a lifelong musician and gifted storyteller. He was an avid marathoner and loved watching Colorado Rockies Baseball. His wonderful wit, sense of humor, and birthday messages ""from the President"" will be deeply missed.
