John William Regier

We are sad to announce the passing of John William Regier, age 40, on Sept 12, 2022.  He was dearly loved by his parents, Bill and Ellen Regier,  sister and brother-in-law, Betsy and Chris Phillips, and nieces and nephew, Hadley, Hazel, and Hutchinson Phillips, along with so many other family, friends, and co-workers.

John was born in Newton, Kansas on September 14, 1981. He attended Newton High School. He went on to receive his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his Masters of Accounting from the University of Denver. Since graduation, John has been with Deloitte as a Certified Public Accountant.

John loved his two dogs, Stella and Charlie. He enjoyed golf with his buddies, hunting trips with his dad, KU basketball and TGIF happy hours with co-workers and friends. John, his kindness and warmth, along with that smile will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
