Jonluis Rehkop Wedeman

Jonluis Rehkop Wedeman, 89, peacefully passed away on April 16, 2020. He was born on May 4, 1930 in Carbondale Pennsylvania.

Jon was a graduate of Cal-Aero Technical Institute, in Glendale, California where he received a diploma in Aeronautical Engineering. He served as a Sergeant in the South Dakota Air National Guard. Jon worked for Martin Marietta as an Electrical Engineer.

Jon loved playing chess, golfing, cars and square dancing.

Jon is survived by his two children, Jim (Patti) Wedeman of Lone Tree, Colorado and Jon Wedeman of Pawleys Island, South Carolina; three grandchildren, Nicholas, Brittany (Evan), and Melissa; and two great-grandchildren, Maria and Gilbert.

Jon was preceded in death by his parents Maurice Wedeman and Lulu Rehkop.
