Jose Gallegos

Jose William “Willie” Gallegos passed away suddenly on January 4th, 2022. He went to be with our Lord at the age of 70. Survived by Veretta Gallegos, his loving wife of 40 years. He is lovingly remembered by his daughter, Sheri Lynn Gallegos, son Derek Joseph Gallegos (Kayla) and grandchildren Landon, Michael and Nora Gallegos. Joe is also survived by his siblings Mercy (Benny) Atencio, Floyd (Linda) Gallegos and Jess Gallegos. Joe was a Colorado native. Early in life he enjoyed coin collecting and going to car shows. Later in life he enjoyed garage sales and entertaining his family. He was a wonderful and good-hearted man who was also there to help anybody in need. God blessed him with the gift of gab! He loved to talk to everyone he met... and he loved to laugh and dance! He used that gift to constantly make people smile. He was the life of the party everywhere he went. A Funeral Service will be held St. Michael the Archangel at 19099 E. Floyd Ave, Aurora, Colorado 800017 on the 19th of January 2022 at 10:30 am followed by a Graveside Service at Fairmount Cemetery at 430 S. Quebec St, Denver, CO 80247 at 1:00 pm.
