Joseph Robert ""Joe Bob"" Colvin, Jr.

Joseph Robert “Joe Bob” Colvin, Jr., 72, passed away in Aurora, Colorado on Saturday, February 23, 2019 surrounded by those he loved. Joe Bob was born on March 3, 1946 to Joseph Robert Colvin, Sr. and Doris Mae Colvin in Lamar, Colorado. He married Jackie Lynn Weimer and together they had two daughters, Rebecca and Jennifer. Joe Bob worked in public schools as an art teacher and then a school counselor. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Colvin; his daughters, Rebecca Cope and Jennifer Ellefson; siblings, Dorlene Russell and Larry Colvin; and many other family and friends who loved him dearly.
