Joe, age 31, passed away September 22, 2010. Joe is survived by his parents, Steven M. Goolsby and Jane E. Davis. Memorial Service to be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., with Reception following the service, both at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (one block to the west of Holly Street), in Centennial, Colorado.
