Joseph Edward Quinn

Joseph Edward Quinn “Mike”, age 83, passed peacefully in Castle Rock, CO on April 2, 2020.

Born March 2, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY, son of the late Parnell and Loretta Quinn. His family later ventured to Colorado where Joseph married the love of his life Patricia Quinn. They were married 60 years. Joseph is survived by his wife Patricia; his children Susan, Erin and Shannan (Kurtis); his grandchildren Joseph (Jennifer), Emily (John), Jacob and Joshua; his great grandson Quinton; and his brother Lorr. He is preceded in death by his son Thomas “Tommy”; his brothers Parnell “Tootsie”, Thomas “Tommy” and James “Jimmy”.

Joseph attended Regis College and spent his career working as a Real Estate professional in Lakewood. He was a proud member of the Remax 100 team and a successful business owner of Quinn and Company.

Joseph grew to love the Colorado mountains that he affectionately referred to as God’s country. He was an avid camper with a love for the open road in motor-homes. No camper was too old. Campers coffee and eggs fried in bacon grease were the breakfast of choice. Fishing and hangel burgers were soon to follow. An amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Joseph was admired and loved by all those who came in contact with him.

A Funeral Mass will be held for Joseph on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 11:00am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2746 Fifth Street, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104.
