Joshua L. Garcia

Joshua L. Garcia went to join the Lord on Sept 14, 2019 in Thornton, CO. He was born in Fort Worth, TX and moved to Colorado when he was 11 and grew up in Montbello, CO.

He was raised by his loving mother Shannon Reed-Garcia and Father Jose Carrillo, he will also be carried on by his very loving Sister Laura Norman (Will Norman) and Brothers Matthew Carrillo (Keila Lopez), Larry Garcia and an abundance of extended family members.

Joshua was always a hard worker. He had the biggest heart in the world.He would drop everything if you needed a helping hand or just simply needed a hug. Immediatly after high school Joshua joined the US Marines and found where he truly fit in. He would always say Semper Fi! He always had so much respect for ANY and all veteran brothers!

Family and Friends are all welcome to join his celebration of life on Thursday, Sept 26, 2019. A visitation will be held at 10am followed by a Celebration of Life at 11am at Horan & McConaty Funeral home, 3020 Federal Boulevard, Denver, CO 80211. A graveside service will take place at 2:15pm at Ft. Logan National Cemetery Staging Area “C”, 3698 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, CO 80236.
