Joshua Jay Johnson

Joshua Jay Johnson (Chauncy), native to North Platte, Nebraska, born November 25, 1980 to Terri (Sewill) Johnson and Max Taylor, died at age 30 at his place of residence in Aurora, Colorado on April 22, 2011. He is survived by both his parents and siblings, Jessica Taylor, Trista Taylor, and Nicholas Taylor. Also leaving behind many loved ones, including his long time childhood friends, Rudy Tapia, Jason Diaz, Ronnie Stubbs and brothers Josh and Will Hicks. Joshua's confident spirit and sense of humor will be forever missed, but never forgotten by all those he touched. Joshua is preceded in death by his grandparents Colleen and Earnest Johnson and also by his uncle Earnie Johnson, Jr. He is also survived his step-father Tom Sewill; his step-brother Jason Sewill; his nieces and nephews Laleena Taylor, Jahaira Martinez, Landon Johnson; his aunts and uncles Donita Johnson, Gilbert Johnson, Eileen Wolf, Don Johnson, Deb Wells, Lynn Taylor; and his cousins Megan Johnson, Shannon Johnson, Lance Wyman, Brandon Johnson. A Memorial Fund has been established in Joshua's honor at Wells Fargo Bank under the name Joshua Jay Johnson.
