Joyce Ellen Truckenmiller

Joyce Ellen Truckenmiller, age 73, passed away on December 18, 2017. Born May 28, 1944 in Denver, Colorado, she graduated from St. Francis De Sales High School in 1962 and continued to live and work in Denver. She moved to Littleton with her husband and daughters in 1978 where she was a home maker before purchasing Marvel Cleaners in 1987, which she owned and operated for 12 years. After selling the dry cleaners, she worked at King Soopers until she retired in 2005. Survivors include her husband Dale Truckenmiller; brother Donald Burke; daughters Michelle Page (Scott), Theresa Redinger (Rusty) and Laura Witt (David); grandchildren Nathaniel Maze (Stephanie), Lauren Maze, Tyler Page, Heather Redinger, Melanie Redinger, Samantha Witt and Owen Witt. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Edward F. Burke, Jr. and Maxine E. Day; her oldest brother Edward F. Burke, Jr. and her twin brother Gerard C. Burke. Joyce will always be remembered for her love of family and friends while always taking care of others before herself. Services will be held at 10am on Wednesday, December 27 at Horan & McConaty, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80227.
