J.R. ""Jake"" Hester

Survived by his wife Janette ""Jan"" Hester; daughter Rowena (Karl) Dirickson; granddaughter Jacki (Paul) Pettit; brother Richard (Lena) Hester; sister Sybil Sirmon; sisters-in-law Edith Hester, JoAnn (Art) Hayes, Gayle (Pete) Villegas; brother-in-law Dennis (Barbara) Garner; mother-in-law Melba Garner; and numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his father Rufus Hester; mother Bessie Hester; brother Ralph Hester; and father-in-law Enos Garner. He was a union iron worker for 62 years. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, March 15, 2008, at 4:00 PM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 5303 East County Line Road (just west of Holly), in Centennial, CO 80122.
