Judith Berger

Judith Kay Berger, age 81, of Golden, Colorado passed away on February 4, 2023. She was born on April 18, 1941 in Logansport, Indiana to Lester and Esther Campbell.

Judith graduated from North High School before attending college at Regis University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. She went on to become an Executive Assistant for Mountain Bell, and later in her career became a Substitute Teacher for special needs children. In addition to her career, she volunteered for many years at the Arvada Center, Castle Pines International Golf, Paramount Theater, and the National Western Stock Show (31 years of service).

Judith will be remembered for being a wonderful wife and kind mother. She was passionate about caring for her grandkids. Judith enjoyed spending her free time traveling, fishing, golfing, skiing, knitting, making rosaries, and most of all just being with her grandchildren.

Judith is survived by her husband, Jim Berger of 55 years; her son, Jimmy and his wife, Amy; and grandkids: Mason and Elliot Berger.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 11am at Spirit of Christ Catholic Church, 7400 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003, with a reception to follow. A committal service will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area “B”, 3698 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80236, the same day at 2:30pm.
