Judith Lee Moore passed away on August 31, 2010, after a brief illness, preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Elizabeth and by her brother, Dick. Judith, a resident of Castle Pines Village, was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 5, 1943, and moved to Colorado in 1973. Judith led a full life. Although declining health limited her activity in recent years, she always had time for her grandchildren, and took great delight in their antics. Surviving her are husband Bruce, her children Paul and Peter, and her grandchildren Paisley, Presley, and Roland. Judith graduated from Loretto Academy a few months after her 17th birthday and was graduated from Avila College in 1964 with a degree in theatre arts. Judith was accomplished on the organ, piano, guitar, printing press and at the bridge table. Judith, active in business for more than 20 years, was an owner and co-founder in 1975 of PPD, Inc., a leading publisher in the 1990's of ERISA materials/documents and a major sponsor of technical seminars for ERISA practitioners until its sale to SunGard in 1998. Whatever Judith did, she did well. Everyone who knew her was enriched, and we are all impoverished by her loss. She will be deeply missed. At a later date, the family will hold a traditional Hawaiian memorial service in Maui. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Judith's name to Logan Bauman Memorial Fund, www.loganmemorial.org.
