June 29, 1946 – January 2, 2025
In loving memory of Judy Joann Davidson, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and faithful servant of God, who passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025.
Born on June 29, 1946, in Owasso, Michigan, Judy’s life was shaped by resilience, strength, and unwavering determination. Early on she developed a steadfast spirit and an enduring faith that guided her throughout her life. Judy’s ability to rise above adversity and build a life filled with love, adventure, and purpose was a testament to her character.
In 1966, Judy moved to Colorado, where she fell in love with the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Years later, she and her husband, Tom, realized their lifelong dream of making the mountains their home. They built a home in the woods of Gilpin County, where Judy found profound peace and joy.
Her faith was the cornerstone of her life. Judy and Tom were instrumental in founding Christ the King Church. As a devoted partner in their ministry, Judy dedicated herself to their shared mission of bringing people closer to Jesus Christ. Her gentle spirit, unwavering faith, and selfless service left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Judy is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Tom Davidson; her two children, Tammy McIntyre of Denver, and Scott Davidson of Commerce City; her grandchildren, Mandi Ericson, and Mat McIntyre; and her five precious great-grandchildren, James, Jack, Ella, Finn, and Joey.
Judy will be remembered for her faith, love of family, and appreciation of the mountains she called home.
