Karen Gelack

Karen Joyce Gelack, age 72, died on Monday June 27th, freed from the terrible pain she was suffering.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on April 29, 1950 to Samuel C Bodnar and Dorothy Paslowski, she is preceded in death by both her parents and her brother, Richard. She is survived by her brother Robert, husband Anthony 'Tony' Gelack, and her beloved son J. Ryan Gelack.

She was a graduate of Point Park University, Pittsbugh and became expert in her career as a Human Resources specialist. A Christian woman, caring and always resourceful she loved her friends from Book Club, The Red Hat Society, and had an incredible passion for her tap dance group and all her fellow dancers. An expert gourmet cook, she will be missed in her kitchen by all who shared her wonderful food.

Her memorial will be held at New Hope Community Church, 17699 E Hampden Avenue - Aurora, CO 80013 on July 30, 2022 at 1:00pm.
