Karen Hulett

Our beloved mother Karen LaVate Hulett entered into God’s Kingdom on December 14, 2021.

Karen was born to Faye and Hans Peterson on April 25, 1942 in Iola, Kansas.

In 1959 Karen married Jim Hulett. They went on to have 6 children Gary, Jimmie, Paul (Ildiko), Michael (Holly), Danny and Rhonda (Mark). In 1976 Karen and Jim moved their family from the plains of Kansas to the growing city of Aurora, Colorado. Karen and Jim settled in Littleton, Colorado in their later years.

She is survived by many loving family members including her 6 children. 14 grandchildren, Corey (Dana), Meghan, Katelynn, Kevin, Christina, Justin, Amanda, Taylor, Lindsey, Candace, Jacob, Jaco, Cassandra, and Craig. 2 great-grandchildren Azalea and Corey. She was predeceased by her husband Jim.
