Kathy Griffiths

Kathy L. Griffiths, 72 of Highlands Ranch peacefully passed away on May31, 2021.  Surrounded by loved ones at her home.

Kathy was born on May 12, 1949 to Kermit and Mary (Pritchard) Stuller in Zanesville, Ohio.  She grew up in the small town of Dresden, Ohio.

In 1966, she was married to her high school sweetheart Ray Griffiths.  They went on to have two children, Jennifer and Brian.

In her late 30s Kathy went on to college and earned a Bachelor’s Degree.  She retired in 1999 as a Community Corrections Officer.

Kathy has many friends for life.  Kathy was a beloved Mother and Grandmother.  She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Ray Griffiths, and their two children; daughter Jennifer (Steve) Harlan, and son Brian Griffiths.  She is also survived by her two sisters Barbara Callahan and Shalah James; and 3 Grandchildren Mairekk, Jake, and Elizabeth.

Calling hours will be from 5:00-6:00pm on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home, 5305 E County Line Rd. Centennial, CO 80122

Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Thomas More Catholic Parish, 8035 S Quebec St, Centennial, CO 80112, on Monday, June 28th at 11:00am. Kathy's Funeral Mass will be livestreamed, and you may watch remotely with this link: https://youtu.be/ARRNSlb89B0 ​ . Immediately following Funeral Mass will be committal ceremony at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80235, 1:30pm to 2:00pm.
