Kay Frances Sanford

74, of Aurora passed away on March 12, 2016. A pioneering leader of Women in Construction and always eager to try new things and seek new adventures. Kay was proud of her family and the places they went. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Emmons ""Sandy"" Sanford; sons, William Sanford of Oceanside, CA and Phillip Sanford of Aurora, CO. Visitation from 9-11 a.m. Thursday, with the service to follow at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, 80014. Interment will follow in Fort Logan National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
