Kayla Nicole Stone

Kayla Nicole (Rauch) Stone, 25, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. She was born August 14, 1994 at Tinker Air Force base in Oklahoma to Byron and Amy Rauch.

Kayla graduated from Columbine High School in 2013. After high school she attended BYU Idaho for a year, then attended the Academy of Art University. During that time, Kayla met, then married John Stone on July 13, 2017. Their daughter, Emilia Hensley Stone was born August 7, 2017.

Kayla loved life, and especially being a mom and a wife. She had the sweetest soul and was as kind as anyone could be. She loved elephants, Halloween and Christmas.

Kayla is survived by her husband John; daughter, Emilia; parents, Byron and Amy; sisters, Kennedy, Kit and Madison; and many extended family members and friends.

Kayla's life and kind hearted spirit will be celebrated at a Memorial service on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 11am, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 10209 W. Coal Mine Ave., Littleton, CO. 80127. Friends may greet the family beginning at 10am, prior to the service.
