Keith A. Burch

Keith A. Burch, 60, of Brighton, Colorado passed away on September 29, 2012 after a three year battle with cancer. He was a strong man, a fighter, and gave it his all. Keith went to Canton-Galva High School, and shortly after graduating began his 25 year career in the oil field. He met Terri in 1994 and became an amazing father figure to Terri's children: Mandi and Matthew. They moved to Colorado in 1999, and lived in Brighton happily until his passing. He enjoyed life!! Their land in Trinidad, Colorado was his favorite getaway... He also had a love for fishing, hiking, building, family, and his current eight year job with Logan School. He loved his job, family, and their dog Tater more than anything. He could fix anything, build anything, and would do anything for those he loved. He is survived by his wife Terri Burch; children Matthew of Brighton, Mandi of Oklahoma City, April of Oklahoma City; and 3 grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Betty Burch of McPherson, Kansas; sisters: Diane Unruh (Randall) of Galva, Kansas, Jeanie Nelson (Tim) of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Sheila LeDuc (Ron) of Assaria, Kansas, Kim Nightingale (Russ) of Galva, Kansas, and Edwina Howard (David) of McPherson, Kansas; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Keith is preceded in death by his father Raymond Keith Burch. He will be missed by all who knew him. Thank you to everyone for all your help, care, well wishes, and prayers.
