Parker

Kelly Lovato was born on September 30, 1967, in Denver, Colorado, to Porfidio and Dorothy Lovato. He passed away on February 13, 2025, in Parker, Colorado.

From a young age, Kelly embraced life with energy, determination, and a strong sense of loyalty to those he loved. He shared a special bond with both of his parents, carrying with him the love and wisdom of his mother and maintaining a deep connection with his father throughout his life. He also shared countless memories and laughter with his brother and formed enduring friendships that lasted throughout his life.

Kelly excelled in sports, playing on both the 1982 championship soccer team and the 1984 championship baseball team at Sheridan High School. His love of sports remained throughout his life, and he became a devoted fan of Colorado teams. He enjoyed watching his kids play sports, always cheering them on and sharing his passion for athletics with them.

Kelly was a leader who cared deeply for those he led, consistently demonstrating a genuine investment in their success. He took great pride in his work, starting his career at Electron Foundry as a Quality Control Manager before moving into a logistics role, where he developed his expertise in operations. Kelly later became President and General Manager of WinWholesale Regional Distribution Center, where he played a key role in expanding operations. His strong financial acumen also guided many strategic decisions. Those who worked with him described him as a strong yet compassionate leader, always willing to help others grow and succeed. Kelly’s leadership was defined by trust, empathy, and a commitment to helping others reach their full potential.

Kelly enjoyed spending time outdoors, often on the golf course with his dad, brother, and friends. Summers were filled with boating and camping at Horsetooth Reservoir and Lake Powell, where he created lasting memories with his children and family. He also had a love for travel, whether for work or leisure, and found joy in discovering new places, sharing those experiences with those closest to him.

Above all, Kelly’s greatest joy was his children. Jake (32), Kaleb (24), and Addie (21) were the center of his world. He took immense pride in their achievements and loved watching them grow into adulthood. For over thirty years, Kelly and Noelle were partners in life, raising a strong and loving family together. He also cherished his role as a grandfather to Hendrix.

Kelly was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy, his maternal and paternal grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is survived by his father, Porfidio; his brother, Ken, and sister-in-law, Susie; his children, Jake, Kaleb, and Addie; his grandson, Hendrix; the mother of his children, Noelle Lovato; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.

Kelly lived life with passion, kindness, and an unwavering dedication to those he loved. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
