Kenneth Aldrich

Ken Aldrich, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 61.

Ken is survived by his son, Kevin Cunningham of Pulaski, Tennessee, his mother and father, Ed and Elaine Aldrich of Littleton, Colorado, two brothers: Kevin Aldrich of Georgetown, Kentucky and Randy Aldrich of Lakewood, Colorado and sister, Jolie Maes of Lakewood, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Ken was born in 1961 in Denver, Colorado. He worked for 38 years at the US Post Office and just recently applied for his retirement. He was an accomplished athlete having won multiple awards in Special Olympics. He was once decorated for accomplishments by Ethel Kennedy. Ken enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Ken enjoyed gardening and kept a beautiful yard and many beautiful houseplants. Ken was warm, sincere and was loved by friends and family. He will be missed.

Visitation will be held Thursday, February 9, 2023, beginning at 9am and followed by Prayer Service at 10:30am, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Lakewood, Colorado. Burial will be at Littleton Cemetery, 6155 S. Prince Street, Littleton, Colorado.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to The American Diabetes Foundation or the Arthritis Foundation.
