Kenneth Joseph Beausoleil, known to friends and family as Ken, passed away on June 26,

2024. He was born on June 19, 1946, in New Hampshire and grew up in Herington, Kansas.

Ken was the son of the late Betty Schump Beausoleil and Hector Marcel ("Frenchie")

Beausoleil. He was preceded in death by his brother Steven. Ken is survived by his loving

wife Marianne (née Toomey), his son Julian (Jill Swanton), his brother Norman, and his

granddaughters Elle and Clara Beausoleil. He is also survived by his nieces Rachel (Jay)

Fenske and Jennifer (Robert) Davis, along with their children Ben Davis, Alex, Isaac, and

Lily Fenske.

Ken attended Emporia State College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he

developed a deep appreciation for art and Nebraska Husker Football. He served honorably

in the Air Force, being stationed in South Korea.

Ken's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish several state-of-the-art graphics firms in

the Denver area, including Beck and Beau, King Kolor, and Newtek Imaging. His varied

interests and risk-taking nature fueled his success and creativity. Even in the last year of

his life, Ken embraced his artistic side, designing and creating modern art.

Ken was a people person who made friends and connections wherever he went. He loved

fishing, golf, fast cars, fine wine, and, most importantly, his family. His curious and

creative nature, combined with his love for people, made him a beloved figure to many.

Ken will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him.
