Kenneth Joseph Custy

Kenneth Custy, 80 of Aurora died Aug. 23, 2004. Born in Adams County in 1923; farmed in Adams County for 60 years. Active member of St. Therese Parish ushering at the noon Mass for over 50 years. Member of the Knights of Columbus and various farm organizations. He married Rita Diessner, Nov. 11, 1947 who survives. Father of Kenneth J. (Carol) Custy, Jr., John James (Jill) Custy, Judy Custy, Lorie (Glenn) Graber; brother of Edward M. Custy, Mary Breit, Helen Konrad, Rita (Gene) Mulligan, Donna (Jim) Warren; grandfather of Nicole, Patrick, Jennifer, John Nicholas, Brandon, Kailin, Sean. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his brother, John J. Custy and sister, Vivian Custy McCrath. Rosary, Thursday, 6:30 pm, Funeral Mass, Friday, 11:00 am both at St. Therese Catholic Church, E. 13th Ave. & Kenton St., Interment, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
