Kenneth Montgomery

Kenneth Wayne Montgomery, 67, passed away December 17, 2021. Kenny was born September 6, 1954, in Denver, Colorado to John E. and Janice Chiddix Montgomery.

Kenny lived in Denver his entire life and was a true Colorado native. He found many ways to enjoy the outdoors and especially the Colorado mountains where he loved four-wheeling in his jeep.  Kenny loved all kinds of music, and he played the bass guitar and the organ. He had a great sense of humor that everyone enjoyed.

Kenny is survived by two daughters, Amanda Montgomery (husband, Rick Durham), and Elise Taylor (husband, Jess); four grandchildren, Alexis, Peyton, Colton and Cadence; sister, Kathy Nitta (husband, Roger); and nephew, Kyle Nitta. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Kenny’s life will be held at 1:30pm, on Thursday, December 30, at Horan & McConaty, 5303 E. County Line Road, Centennial, CO  80122.

A viewing will begin at 1:00pm.
