Survived by his wife Cynthia ""Jo"" Stevens; Daughter Catie and her husband Justin Shannon; Son Chase and his wife Nicolle Stevens; Stepsons Jesse and his wife Shauna Squires and Tyler and his wife Maya Squires; Brother Sean Stevens; Sisters Shannon Stevens and Erin Stevens; Grandchildren Colton, Kaleb and Kendall Shannon, Damien and Devonte Squires, Isabel Squires and Rylee Stevens. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013, 11:00 AM, at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada.
