Kevin Michael Yerdon, 47, of Denver, CO, formerly of Bradford, PA, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021.
Born on August 3,1973 in Bradford, he was a son of the late James J. and Elizabeth DePetro Yerdon.
Kevin attended Bradford Central Christian High School and was Valedictorian of the Class of 1991. He received his Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from University of Cincinnati, and his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota.
He spent his career in the hospitality business, working initially for Marriott International, and then as an executive for Sage Hospitality Resources, Richfield Hospitality, Red Lion Hotels Corporation and Hay Creek Hotels. In 2020 he founded Heavy Hospitality Investment Advisors.
Kevin was a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, in Denver, and enjoyed playing golf, sharing good food, and collecting fine wine.
He is survived by one sister, Kathleen (Mark) Atkins, of Marietta, GA, two brothers Timothy (Kathleen) Yerdon, of Plymouth, MI and Christopher Yerdon, of Bradford, one niece Mary Kathryn Atkins, and one nephew, Todd James Yerdon.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents James J. and Elizabeth D. Yerdon.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 10 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church with Rev. Raymond Gramata, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Bernard Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Denver, CO on Tuesday, August 3, 2021.
