Kim Marie Craft

Kim Marie Craft was born on Long Island, New York on December 5, 1955 to Michael and Patricia Kaminsky. She was surrounded by two older and three younger brothers. Kim is survived by her husband of 30 years, Wayne Craft and two beautiful daughters, Krista Marie (Sean) Gagnon and Kayla Anne Craft; brothers Michael (Ann Marie); Christopher (Mary); Mark (Cathy and daughter Jessica); Gregory (Toni and daughter Emily); Timothy ( Sabrina, daughter Olivia and son Lucas). Growing up on Long Island with a plethora of siblings, cousins and friends, the beach was a common get-away. Her love of the ocean, the sunshine and the sand was something she always cherished. That love never diminished even though she moved inland to Colorado in 1980. Kim embraced Colorado with her family . She enjoyed skiing, camping, hiking, biking, snowshoeing and all that the mountains had to offer. But, vacations usually ended up at a beach somewhere. Kim lost her 13 year battle with brain cancer on January 21, 2014. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Memorial Service, Friday, January 31, 5:00 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, with a Reception to follow.
