Kim Yvette Sanderson was born April 1, 1962. She passed away January 12, 2007 in Denver, Colorado. Kim was a devoted wife and mother who knew that she was loved. Being an Army brat, she traveled as a child but her family made Aurora, Colorado home in 1972. Kim was interested in all outdoor activities including camping, hiking, running and skiing. Working hard at Denver Public Schools for 27 years, she was eagerly looking forward to retirement. She had so many plans with family and friends. Kim was a vibrant person with a great sense of humor and o amile that we will never forget. Kim leaves behind a loving family which includes her husband, Henry Sanderson; her daughter; Brittney Yvette Hanley; her stepchildren Whitney Lyn (Brian) Sanderson and Carinton Henry Sanderson; her mother Ruth Lucas; her brother and sisters, Del (Carl) Wallace, Sheri (Bob Tirrel) Lucas, Gina (James) Grant, Henry Lucas, Jr., Alfred (Yolanda) Lucas Kathy ("Rock" Rochester Goodwin) Lucas Bryon (Sonya) Lucas; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends all of whom will miss her terribly. SHE MAY NOT HAVE SEEN YOU FOR AWHILE, BUT SHE THOUT OF YOU.
