Kimberly Kay Parr

Born on August 6, 1963, in Sleepy Eye, MN, to Don and Colleen Maltby, Kim was raised in Glen Ellyn, IL and graduated from Eastern Illinois University. She was united in marriage to Jim Parr on October 3, 1992, and was the proud mother of three boys: Griffin, Hayden and Quentin. Kim and Jim loved spending time with the boys, their sports teams and extended family and friends. She enjoyed her running groups and completed numerous marathons and half marathons. Kim is remembered for her caring nature, love of life and devotion to her family. She is also survived by her parents; brothers, Mike and Jeff; and sisters Kelly and Kathy Jo. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 8035 South Quebec Street, in Centennial, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Parr Boys Trust, c/o any Wells Fargo Location.
