Kiyo Tsukamoto, 96 of Westminster; passed away May 6, 2014. She was born in Hood River, Oregon on March 10, 1918. She was preceded in death by her husband George Tsukamoto, daughter Joan Nagata and her life partner George Nishimura. She is survived by her daughter Phyllis Echols and son Russell (Janet) Tsukamoto; grandchildren Scott and Keith Echols, Jeff and Joy Nagata; also survived by 4 great grandchildren; her twin sisters, Eiko Kinoshita and Sakae Miyashita.
