Knute Dalseth, Jr.

Knute Dalseth Jr. passed away on December 4, 2021 at Porter Hospice in Centennial, Colorado. He was born in Evansville, Indiana on July 7, 1927, the son of Knute and Amelia Dalseth. He grew up in Minneapolis, MN and served in the Navy after high school. Returning to Minneapolis, he started his career at IBM and later moved to Wappinger’s Falls, NY and then to Colorado. After moving to Colorado, he became an avid hiker, cross country skier, and runner. He retired in 1990 after a 35-year career at IBM. Following retirement, he enjoyed traveling with his wife, Nghia Pham, to many places around the world.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Nghia Pham; three daughters, Julie Dear, Nancy Henderson, and Debbie Schell; one brother, Floyd Dalseth; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
