Kyle Russell King passed away peacefully, after a courageous 4-year battle with PMP cancer. He was surrounded by his family and friends.
Kyle is survived by his wife Shannon, daughter Finley, son Kolby, parents Mary and Russ King, sister Jessica, brothers Lance and Mark, Kyle's in-laws Lori and Brian Gibbons, nieces, nephews, many aunts, uncles and cousins. Kyle is preceded in death by grandparents, Bonnie and Elmer Gerken and Mildred and Richard King.
Kyle graduated from Highlands Ranch High School, where he played football and rugby. He then graduated from Westwood College with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Kyle was employed by Ward Electric Company as a Safety Manager.
Kyle was an avid sports fan of NASCAR, the Denver Broncos and the University of Colorado Buffalo football. He loved to camp, hunt, ski and share a few beers with his family and friends. Above all, Kyle's BIGGEST love was spending time with his wife and two children, enjoying many special holidays, trips, movie nights and sitting on their back deck watching the children play and the dog ""Jack"" running around in the yard. Kyle's two favorite holidays were Christmas and the 4th of July, where he made sure everyone wore their red, white and blue.
Kyle constantly demonstrated his pride and support for the military and first responders. The love for his country ran deep. Kyle will be missed by many. We will always remember his smile, the love he demonstrated to all he knew, his care for others, as well as his love for mother nature's beauty that surrounded him. Kyle fought a courageous battle and inspired us to face life's challenges with heart and determination. Whenever he was asked how he was doing, he always said, ""I am doing alright!""
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Go Fund Me, set up for Kyleâs children; link below.
