Laura Lynn Godley

Laura Lynn Godley of Denver, Colorado passed away February 13, 2015. She was born in Miami, Florida on October 7, 1954 to parents Evangeline and Slade Godley. Laura grew up in Bethesda, Maryland and earned a BA in Interior Design from George Washington University. She owned and operated Laura Godley, ASID, a luxury residential interior design firm for 12 years before moving to Denver in 1993. She was employed by Xcel Energy as an Executive Assistant to a Vice President. She enjoyed her love of art, literature and cooking with Milt Denny, her partner of 20 years. In addition to Milt, Laura is also survived by her mother, Eve Edwards, and sisters, Ellen Godley, Kathy McKibbin, Carolyn Yates and Lisa Lacy.
